TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Half day tour duration - allow approx. 4 hours.
Full day tour duration – allow approx 8 hours.
Pick ups are from Christchurch town centre or airport. Group pick ups at alternative location by arrangement (fees may apply). Guests with vehicles are welcome to leave them at our office location in West Melton, where parking is of course free of charge.
Dress appropriately for the changeable climate particularly on high country tours as conditions can change quickly! Choose strong shoes or boots for short walks and exposed high country locations. In warm weather remember sun screen, hat, sunnies, and long sleeved shirts/blouses – remember slip, slop, slap!
All prices include GST and refreshments where applicable.
Infants 0 - 3 years old free of charge
4 - 14 year olds classified as children with accompanying adult
14 and over classed as adult rates
Cancellation Policy
Guest who cancel more than 24 hours in advance of their tour - no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours - full charge.
No shows are charged at full rate.
Please note that all tours are subject to road, weather and river conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any trip even if that trip is in progress due to changes in river, road or weather conditions.
Stringent safety procedures are observed at all times, however there remains the element of risk. Highland Adventures cannot be held responsible for personal injuries or for loss or damage of equipment.
